techSense was founded by Tami Braun in 2015. Since then, we have grown into a team of experts in complex systems. Our  varied backgrounds and experience allow us to offer a deeper understanding in technical complexity, strategy, and what works.

We don’t believe in stopping everything to do a redesign. We work iteratively to ensure continuous improvement. We know that real UX challenges are directly linked to business metrics, and are greatly dependent on cross functional collaboration.

Our experience working with various sized companies and with different industries enables us to scale the solution to the problem at hand.

Some things can be much improved with small changes. Other challenges need a comprehensive approach keeping in mind available resources and time limitation.

We can often greatly improve metrics for a smaller investment, and strategically identify which efforts are better to push off until later.

Our experience has taught us to anticipate and avoid common pitfalls, when to pick which tool for the job, and how to level up teams of different constellations. 

We have technical backgrounds, enabling us to dig into technical constraints and see how to problem solve creatively. We have experience working with different software, giving us a fresh perspective on what’s out there now, and why.

We work internationally and in Israel, giving us yet another perspective of product strategy.

Together, we define the next steps, goals and needs. Other work is more targeted to a narrow problem, so schedule, goals and implementation can be decided before we start.
